Strategic Planning

Talent Springs facilitated the development of a strategic plan and process for a large non-profit organization.  Due to the unique structure of the organization, multiple stakeholders, in addition to board members were recruited to participate in the planning process.  Elements of the project included: 
  • Conducting an organizational assessment  and SWOT analysis through 1-1 interviews, a web based survey and focus groups conducted at a community event

  • Developing a communication plan to engage key sub-groups in the organization to support and implement the plan

  • Facilitating several strategic planning sessions to develop the goals of the group and to address controversial issues that arose in the assessment process

  • Developing a formal document and presentation to communicate the plan to the organizationís members

  •  Establishing a process for review and implementation of the plan by subgroups within the larger organization
