Strategic Planning
Talent Springs facilitated the development of a strategic plan and process for a large non-profit organization. Due to the unique structure of the organization, multiple stakeholders, in addition to board members were recruited to participate in the planning process. Elements of the project included:

Conducting an organizational assessment and SWOT analysis through 1-1 interviews, a web based survey and focus groups conducted at a community event

Developing a communication plan to engage key sub-groups in the organization to support and implement the plan

Facilitating several strategic planning sessions to develop the goals of the group and to address controversial issues that arose in the assessment process

Developing a formal document and presentation to communicate the plan to the organization’s members

Establishing a process for review and implementation of the plan by subgroups within the larger organization
