Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a dialogue based learning format that is designed to provide a leader with information, ideas, resources and support to lead current operational and human resource related initiatives.
The primary goal of executive coaching is to provide strategic support to the leader.  Essentially executive coaching can be viewed as a form of risk management, ensuring that executive leaders have the support, information and expertise needed to capitalize on competitive opportunities and to maintain a strategic focus as they navigate operational issues, political agendas, human resource concerns, competition, and leadership responsibilities. 

My goal is to serve as a sounding board, advisor, researcher and resource to support the leader to maximize organizational performance.  Since coaching is an executive driven process, the focus of the development program is tailored to the requirements of the executive.
